Is Bekaert and Hodrick's (2001, JF) available?

Hi everybody,

I'm wondering if anyone has any example or code for:

Bekaert and Hodrick (2001), "Expectation Hypothesis Tests", JF, Vol. 56(4).

I was not able to find it on the RATS website, but...I thought to give it a try. :D
