Transforming Monthly data to Quarterly

Dear Tom,

I want to derive quarterly data from monthly (1990:1 to 2014:4) by averaging from each three month of data. Could you guide me how can i do that?

Wow...!!! it was very simple. I only used "CALL(q)" instead of "CALL(m)" and then RATS automatically compacted my data.
