If you have done the Text Size adjustment in the Accessibility (or Ease of Access) section in your Windows Settings, you can set the Use Accessibility Adjustment preference item to have RATS make adjustments to the interface items that it controls: the editor, window lists, reports, dialogs. Anything directly controlled by Windows such as the menus will already be adjusted.

Note that this scales up the font size options elsewhere in the preferences, so don't make those large as well. In other words, if you set the Editor font to 10 points and the Windows Text Size Adjustment to 150%, then the editor font will actually be 15 points.

This does not affect the font sizes on graphs, which are standardized based upon the relative size for a full page, and automatically increase in size when a window is made larger.

Some dialogs are too large to be properly rendered at higher adjustment levels (and smaller screens). The scaling within those will be reduced to keep the dialog fully visible on the screen.
