please, could you help me with the interpretation of this result? i am partcularly concerned about the high positive(183.76) value of the coff the test parameter.

In the future, please use an informative title. You're not sending a private e-mail.

That's the t-statistic for alpha=0.0, not for alpha=1.0. What you're seeing in that bottom table is just the standard regression output. The unit root test statistic (t-test for alpha=1) is in the first line of the output.
