Is there a way to insert charts directly into the output window rather than a separate window? Would be easier for students if they can have the code, output, and charts all in the same output file automatically like in R.

I'm not sure if our plan is what you were describing, but we are planning to have "project" files which will allows program files, procedure files, graphs and reports to all be included in the same (zipped) file. The procedure search path would first look inside the project before looking outside of it to the procedure path.
