decimal points-summary statistics

How to generate summary statistics with particular decimal points like upto 4 decimals etc?
TABLE has a PICTURE option. (STATISTICS doesn't because the different statistics can have radically different scales). If you have a output table generated by RATS, you can reformat it as described in
