Is there a RATS code to replicate The Blanchard and Perotti (2002) paper on the : Dynamic Effects of Changes in Government Spending and Taxes on Output", The quarterly Journal of Economics, November 2002.

This is a slightly modified version of the authors' original RATS code. (I've changed the .PRG extensions to the more modern .RPF, cleaned up the loops and added comments).


They use a very large number of dummies, which makes it hard to see how it would apply to another data set.
