This is RK2509. I am writing to follow up on my V11 upgrade (Serial WXT 138). I received an email from Estima regarding the V11 upgrade, and I was very excited. I paid for the upgrade on April 1 and downloaded and installed RATSV11 and also requested for the activation code. The confirmation indicated that the activation code would arrive within one hour to one day; however, it has now been two days and I have not yet received it.
I initially used my University email but since the code hasn't arrived, I submitted a second activation request using my Gmail address today in case there was a delivery issue with the university server. I haven't received the Activation code. And the software doesn't open (the one day grace period is over) As a long-time user of RATS, I’m eager to get the new version running. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side to expedite the process.
