spgraph and secondary axis

spgraph and secondary axis

I am trying to create a 3X3 spgraph (attached) each graph contains two series with different scales. How can I move one of the series to the secondary axis.

GRAPH with OVERLAY=LINE. That's covered in Section 3.7 of the Introduction: Overlay (Two-Scale or Two-Style) Graphs.
