For orders in the continental U.S.: There are no shipping and handling charges for orders shipped via UPS Ground or US Mail. Faster delivery options are available at additional charge.
Shipping charges do apply for destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and locations outside the United States. See the PDF order forms or the online ordering system to calculate shipping charges for your order and destination, or contact Estima for a quote.
If you prefer to avoid shipping costs on software orders, we do offer the option of purchasing the software only, with no printed copies of the manuals. We will send the software on CD by US Mail. You will also have the option to download the software. PDF versions of the documentation are included with the software.

We offer Update Subscription programs that allow you to keep up to date automatically. Users with individual licenses can purchase a subscription that will provide all updates through and including Version 8. For institutions with network licenses, we also offer an annual subscription option which provides all updates for one year from the origination of the subscription.
