This is a replication for Pedroni(2007), "Social capital, barriers to production and capital shares: implications for the importance of parameter heterogeneity from a nonstationary panel approach", Journal of Applied Econometrics, vol 22, no 2, 429-451. This makes use of newer versions of @PANELFM http://www.estima.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1055 and @PANCOINT (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1442) using the DET=TREND and SMPL options. This also includes produces a more detailed table of the coefficient estimates for the individuals, and a test for homogeneity of the cointegrating vectors.
