When I try to use the procedure @paneldols, i got the following error :

Depending on which version of RATS you are using, you may need an older version of the procedure (or better yet, a newer version of RATS).

I'd suggest emailing me at

with a copy of your program and data, and let me know which version you are using (please include the serial number in the email).

For anyone that might be wondering, this ended up being a problem with the data/model. Among other problems, there were not nearly enough observations per individual to support the estimation.
